Milwaukee charter fishing in October can have some outstanding catches. We are fishing for Lake trout, Brown trout and Chinook salmon during this time of year. This picture was taken on Halloween and it was 70 degrees out. The weather can be unpredictable during this time but the weather is like that all year long. This can be a great time to catch Chinook salmon and on the trip we limited out with most of the catch being Chinook salmon. Lake Michigan is at its warmest August through September and when that warm water stays around in October it can lead to some great Chinook fishing.
